TMS E85 Flex Fuel Kit - BMW
The TMS Flex Fuel Kit provides a fully plug-and-play solution for integrating flex fuel capability into your BMW™. Designed to fit cleanly within the engine bay, this kit replaces the OEM fuel line and adds CAN-bus controlled ethanol monitoring — no cutting, splicing, or tapping required. Available with or without ethanol sensor components depending on your setup needs.
Includes
CAN + Power Splitter Harness
Connects to the Body Domain Controller located in the passenger footwell behind the kick-plate. Supplies CANBus, power, and ground directly to the ethanol content analyzer.
Fuel Line Assembly and Filter
Custom-fit stainless steel and nylon braided fuel lines with -6AN fittings. Includes a 10-micron stainless steel fuel filter for protection of OEM injectors. Each kit is tailored for precise fitment based on chassis layout.
